Juniper w/ burnt Western Red Cedar base

Largely an Australian fishery, Orange Roughy (Hoplostethus atlanticus) are threatened, though still widely available as frozen fillets in super markets. Orange Roughy usually begin breeding at approximately age 40, human consumption is often of 100 year old fish, and they can live to be 150 years of age.
